Mark Menghi is the founder of the heavy metal supergroup, Metal Allegiance, featuring Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Alex Skolnik (Testament), David Ellefson (Megadeth). The band also has a rotating cast of legends and who’s who in Metal. Joe talks about the beginnings of that group and also about how Mark and Joe became friends many moons ago.
